If I may offer you some constructive criticism
You need to understand something. I basically just discovered this site out of boredom, and i decided to pick the first person on the list to watch, and I chose your latest video, and it has left me confused on the actual quality of the site. And the thing is, I imagine a lot of people just coming to the site feel the same way.
Just please, try to figure out what else you have to offer in your performances in the future, besides what you showed in this one.

I'm going to agree to disagree with you on this one
While some parts did make me laugh, I still love this movie. Oddly enough, not because of the special effects but the actual premise. You know, the one that Blockbuster chick "Didn't get!" In fact, the bit she criticized, the conversation between Witwer and Anderton, was about causality. Also if you think of how this system of fighting crime that has yet to occur, the creators obviously believe that freewill is merely an illusion and predestination is the only reality. And if they believe that everything is already more or less predestined then what the precogs see must be; thus arresting them is correct because that ARE going to commit said crime.

@The Blockbuster chick, If anything the things that annoyed me was the more obvious stuff that you didn't touch upon. Instead of focusing the majority of the review on just the main concept of the system that is built around the precogs, here is some of the stuff that you ignored:
-Advertising that was waaaaay too much in your face almost 24/7.
-The eye-dent system and how that would get annoying.
-Why didn't the precogs not see who the was pulling the real strings behind the vision that causes Anderton to run in the first place. Because if you think about it, he made it possible for Anderton to kill Leo Crow thus he would be guilty (if not more so) then Anderton himself.
-The security was WAAAAAAy too lax; they should have figured out that at some point that Anderton would return to Precrime and thus be able to incarcerate him.
-If the procedure for swapping eyes is possible, wouldn't they put in place a facial recognition system in place along side the eye-dent system.
-Why did the rest of the precrime officers do a drop from Marx's roof when they could have easily gone through the door after Anderton? You had a few good jokes and you missed them, shame.
So yeah, just ragging on the precrime thing alone made it maddening to say the least.
P.S. Now you said that the first murder suspect they arrest (Howard Marx) could have been arrested for attempted murder; if you look, she was as good as dead because of where he was stabbing (the chest).

RE: Minority Report
The morality of convicting a person of a crime he was certain to commit but that you prevented is the central point of the movie. In fact, it is eventually proven that the mere fact of knowing the future changes the future thus people cannot be convicted of a future which may not come to pass for entirely unrelated reasons. You can say that's a weak premise, but it's a premise that can strongly be argued FOR. As you've seen, the city has been murder-free for years, so obviously the system works. It becomes a question of ethics more so than a question of logic, and ethics are not absolute.
Honestly, I love all your other reviews, even the one of Wild Wild West which at this point seems like it should be unreviewable. But those really had more going against them than "I don't buy the premise."
