Well, that was epic. Admitadly ive seen this movie like 3 times already, but it's not bad. It's pretty fun to watch. And isn't it funny how his review of this movie is pretty much the entire length of the movie.

Just bug... dude, wasn't the only weird villian, they all were really weird.

Well, it's the first giant mecha of Sentai, technically.

My issue with the henshin isn't that Jakq's is outdated, it's that the Gorangers, or atleast, Peggy, can do it instantaneously without a machine or any assist! What, did Gorangers get equiped with Wonder Woman's powers? Are they Amazons?

Could the credit's vague hint's mean... GAORANGER VS SUPER SENTAI! X3!

I could be wrong because I haven't seen the entire series, but everything I read said that GoRanger didn't have an on screen henshin. So when Peggy did it on screen, it kind of confused me.

is it just me or is big one with the whole rose thing and the cane, did anyone else get the feeling he was probably one of the inspirations for tuxedo mask in sailor moon?

I agree, the motifs are strikingly similar. I think Banba Sokichi
was also the inspiration for Sokichi Narumi a.k.a Shoutarou's
boss in Kamen Rider W. White suit + white fedora, dead giveaway.

Was it on purpose that CRIME's foot soldiers sound like Shocker's foot soldiers? Also the multi show shout-outs were hilarious.

You'd think by now the whole planet (let alone all of Japan) would be like "Huh? The Earth is about to be destroyed again? Well those heroes better not be slacking. I've got a get home to watch the newest episode soon."

This was really a treat to watch, both the movie and the review. I love both teams and am looking hard to watch all of Goranger and their LONG war with Black Cross. We will see. I liked the fact that the 70s sentais were very dark and mysterious. They were not as "watered down" as they are today. I do wish there was more interaction with Goranger but still, a pretty good flick for its time.

1 Question . . . EZ, dude, you got the Superman Cut going so are you going to be fighting for Truth and justice and the . . . oh wait. He denounced his American citzenship. So yeah . . . are you fighting for Truth and Justice?

LOL, I knew it was only a matter of time before someone made that joke when i got my haircut. It won't last trust me. Actually I'd say I'm fighting for Freedom, Justice, and the Right to watch non-bastardized Tokusatsu XD

Hmmm very nice review I've seen this one before but with kinda odd subtitles. I gotta say though if ya got that big a laugh out of Captain UFO you should never see Goranger, a couple of the later guys would probably kill ya. One thing though the movie isn't completely disconnected from Goranger, I've heard from various sources is that the big four were supposed to be survivors of the Black Cross Army but then again they never say that in the movie itself. Also there's actually a lot of Black Cross mooks running around, though since it seems like all the big four had their own troops I suppose that is kinda easy to miss. All in all though very nice review good to see the old school stuff getting some exposure.

ah French criminal created to likely cash in on the popularity of Lupin. Sill it's clear his non manga based abilities are toku inspired. I mean he is the scouts sixth ranger despite the fact showing up before we had five scouts assembled
